Campus Portal-Initial Login Instructions
Portal access is available from the CPS web site by clicking on the “Campus Portal” link located at the left hand side of the web site. You may also go directly to the url provided below:

You will need a Campus Portal Activation Key before using the following steps. If you don’t have your Activation Key, please see “Establishing your Campus Portal Account” document found on the CPS web site.

1. From the Portal main page, click on the link “If you have been assigned a Campus Portal Activation Key, click here”
2. Enter your Campus Portal Activation Key.
3. You are now ready to create your Campus Portal account. You must enter a User Name and Password that you will use to access Campus Portal. User Names may not include numbers, Passwords may contain alpha & numeric characters.
4. Once you have successfully entered your User Name and Password, you will receive a confirmation message. You can then go back to the Portal login page.
5. Once at the main login page, you may enter your new User Name and Password to access the Campus system.
NOTE: Your Campus Portal Activation Key is also known as the “Person GUID” on the sheet handed to you by the school office. See sample image below, your “Person GUID” or Activation Key is highlighted in yellow.
