Students, parents of elementary and secondary school students, employees, sources of referral of applicants for admission and employment, and all unions of professional organizations holding collective bargaining or professional agreements with Chadron Public Schools are hereby notified that this institution does not unlawfully discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, marital status, religion, or disability in the admission to its programs and activities, or treatment, or employment, or access to its facilities.
