Taylor Dickey of Chadron Intermediate Named Teacher of the MonthOCTOBER 6, 2016 BY KALIN KROHE
This school year, 97.5 Double Q Country and B94.7 are joining forces with Upper Niobrara White Natural Resources District to honor great teachers at panhandle area schools. The September winner is Taylor Dickey of the Chadron Intermediate School. Dickey teaches 4th grade, and most of her students came up to Eagle Radio’s General Manager Olivia Hasenauer, Account Executive Aaron Willey, Sports Director and Voice of the CSC Eagles Dave Collins, and News Director Kalin Krohe shaking their hands. During our visit students were excited about reading and telling the class how much they enjoyed their teacher.As our UNWNRD Teacher of the Month, Amanda received a gift basket full of goodies from our sponsoring businesses including UNWNRD, Arrow Building Center, Nebraskaland Tire, and Horizon West Dental. In addition to the gifts given to Amanda, the kids also celebrated with treats from Ta-Da Quilt Shop and Art Studio.
